Refund for Support Maintenance Fee -
Description
I can no longer use this product and would like a refund for the annual support fee that I just paid for. Can you please tell me how to proceed?

From Support Renewals: Unfortunately, once an order is created and processed for this renewal, Quest Software is unable to refund the money. Quest Software has a strict no refund policy concerning renewals and it is outlined on the quotes when sent to the customer.
