FTP, dragging and dropping files into target folders places in Remote Directory. (4275451)

In the Toad for Data Analysts, FTP client, if one decides to drag and drop a file into a sub-folder within the Remote Directory, it will always place the copied folder into the Remote Directory.
This goes counter to other FTP apps like FileZilla of Toad For Oracle's FTP.

WORKAROUND:
None

STATUS:
Waiting for fix in a future version of Toad for Data Analysts.

How to reproduce:

1. Declare a Remote Directory target path. (Make sure that this path has sub-folders to open and drag files into)
2. Open the sub-folder in the Remote Directory
3. Drag file from Local Directory to Remote's sub-folder
4. The file will be moved to Remote Diirectory's root rather than the sub-folder.
