My Email Quest Supportlink from the Help | Support Bundle is not able to initialize an email.
WORKAROUND:
1. Generate the Support Bundle
2. Copy and paste the Support bundle text into an open email client
RESOLUTION:
1. Close Toad
2. In Toad versions 9.7 and higher, drill to C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Application Data\Quest Software\Toad for Oracle\<version>\User Files
(NOTE: In Toad versions 9.6 and lower, drill to C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Toad for Oracle\User Files)
3. Rename Toadmail.ini to Toadmail.ini_OLD
4. Start up Toad to regenerate a new ToadMail.ini
