Trying to connect goes into Not Responding state in a CITRIX environment (4275108)

When launching SQL NAVIGATOR for ORACLE, NAVIGATOR is hanging with a non-responsive message.
It happens after the  making a selection on the Confirmation Message:

Confirmation:
"Do you want to display the Logon Dialog when starting SQL Navigator?
To change this behaviour you can change the "Show Logon Dialog on Startup" preference in the General Session preferences."

One does not have to connect to database to hang.

The tutorial messages on Citrix are blocking execution.

WORKAROUND:
Revert to SQL NAVIGATOR for ORACLE v4.5 .

Waiting for fix in a future version of SQL NAVIGATOR for ORACLE .
