Modal forms stay on top even if other applications are selected
Description

All Toad for Oracle Modal windows (e.g. Login Window, Describe window, Options Window) stay on top even if the focus has moved to other applications, such as Explorer, Word etc.
Resolution

Re-install Toad. See solution SOL12846 for details to uninstall appliaction.
