ER Diagram cannot print, states "Not enough storage is available to process this command"
Description

I am trying to print ER diagram generated by Toad using the "Save diagram as bitmap" or Print icon on toolbar and Toad crashes with the following error message:

Not enough storage is available to process this command.
Resolution

Reboot the computer and regenerate the ER diagram.
