Resolution
WORKAROUND:
The alarm is fired when virtual machine memory is moved physical pages to swap file. To verify
1. Log onto the VI Client (vsphere)
2. Select the VM
3. Click on Performance tab
4. Change the chart to Memory
5. Change Chart Options to add Counters Memory Swap In and Memory Swap Out
If these two counters have non zero value then that means the VM is swapping memory
