Cursor is not displaying in Pop Up Editor -
Description
When opeining a pop up editor from the data grid and clicks in the pop up window, the cursor does not appear. One is able to type in the window, but the cursor does not show.

Resolution
WORKAROUND:
Click on the Hex tab in the pop up editor and then back to the Text tab. After doing this the cursor will show up if the pop up editor is clicked in.
STATUS:
Waiting for fix to be released in a future version of Toad for Oracle. -
