Description
After upgrading to Toad for Oracle 9.6.1, the Debugger module is not listed as a license option in the Help | About screen or the Support Bundle, even if this was previously a valid license key option.

Cause
The Debugger module is now included on the Standard version of Toad for Oracle.

Resolution
The Debugger module is now available as a Standard feature in all versions of Toad for Oracle from version 9.6.x onwards.
