After attempting to make an Oracle connection via Toad for Data Analysis 2.1, the following error message appears:

Corrupted Toad for Data Analysis installation.
RESOLUTION 1:
Reboot machine
RESOLUTION 2:
1. Close Toad.
2. Go to C:\Documents and Settings\<user name>\Local Settings\Application Data\Quest Software folder.
3. Rename Toad for Data Analysis 2.1 folder to Toad for Data Analysis 2.1 OLD.
4. Reopen Toad and reconnect.
RESOLTUION 3:
Uninstall Toad for Data Analysis with the Quest Installer and reinstall it.
