Environment: FMS 5.7.1 Sybase Cartridge 5.5.8.47 ASE Sybase 15.5 OS AIX 7.1
Resolution
If the user has no Sybase Cluster Edition, the user does have Sybase High Availability using Unix Cluster.
If the above is true, so the user doesn't need to run rapsinstall2_cluster.sql, just run the rapsinstall.sql.
The user can configure both agents for Active and for Passive. Agent running against passive will show that the Instance is "shutdown".
Additional Information
If the user has Sybase cluster Edition environment. This is different than Sybase HA.
Each Sybase node is monitored separately. This only applies if the node is active node only. Foglight with Sybase cannot monitor active and passive Sybase DBs at the same time. These scripts will be needed for each node rapsinstall2_cluster.sql, and rapsinstall.sql. Each node, the user will need to use different Foglight user account. Here is a link:

Cluster-tolerant support allows you to monitor Sybase cluster nodes. Each cluster node is monitored separately. To enable this behavior, you need to create a separate Foglight Sybase user. The Sybase dashboards show shared resources as well as node-specific private resources for these cluster nodes. Each monitored cluster node requires a separate instance of the Sybase_MDA Agent.
