The next folder path needs to be excluded from the AntiVirus when the Gathering Tasks run depending on the drive where the software is installed:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Quest\MessageStats
D:\Program Files (x86)\Quest\MessageStats
E:\Program Files (x86)\Quest\MessageStats
Also, you can exclude the QMSExec.exe just in case.
