Color code legend for the SLtrace.htm log file
This article describes how various colors are utilized in the SLtrace.htm log file to enhance the utility of the file.
The SLtrace.htm log file reports detailed information about the client running when the user logs onto the system. This file will include time-stamped details about the user, the workstation, and the configuration settings that the client attempted to set during logon. The information generated by this file can be helpful when trying to pinpoint why settings are not applied or to check the status of client services. The color of the text for all of the entries serves to indicate a specific status.
Green: Indicates that the script or the setting is progressing normally.
Orange: Indicates that there is a delay of less than 5 seconds or that there may be a potential error in the script.
Red: Indicates that there is a delay of more than 5 seconds or there is an error.
Blue: Indicates a specific section header.
Dark Gray: Indicates the various settings that are being set by the script.
Light Gray: Indicates that a requested setting is already in the desired state and therefore there is no need to alter it.
