Description
Bypassing Service Pack installations on specific clients. Service packs should be bypassed to particular workstations regardless of the Validation Logic applied to the Service packs element. -
Resolution
Create a file named "SLNoCSD" in the root directory of the client's System Drive (example: C:\ or D:\). If the SLNoCSD file is present on the client, Desktop Authority will NOT automatically install the Service Pack to the client, regardless of whether or not the user/computer satisfies the criteria specified by the Validation Logic settings defined within the Desktop Authority Manager.
