How to exclude mailboxes from the Mailbox Activity Reports.

Resolution
1. Open the MessageStats Reports web site.
2. In the reports list select one of the Mailbox Activity Reports.
3. On the Filter Settings page click the drop down for "Display Name" and select "Not In"
4. Click the ellipsis button and in the Webpage Dialog select the mailboxes to exclude.
Note: Use CTRL + Click to select multiple mailboxes.
