When I click on the Diagnose button in any Alarms I do not have the Alarms widget in the upper right corner meaning I get to a summary page and not a vmExplorer page

Resolution
This is by design. If the user wants to go to the full Explorer page they can click on the Parent or Object icon in the top row of the Summary tab of the alarm dialog.
