Client Splash screen, messages or display graphic is not displaying on Logon
When logging in to Windows, users will see Windows screen preparing the desktop, but don’t see any messages, client splash screen, or identifying items that the client successfully ran.

Cause
Windows Welcome startup screen is overshadowing the client splash screen or the Desktop Authority client is running faster than the Windows Splash screen (usually within 6 seconds) so that it is not seen. -
Resolution
The DelayedDesktopSwitchTimeout registry key can be changed to “0”. This value determines the time-out interval of a session before Windows 7, Windows 10 or Windows Server 2008 R2 and Windows 2012 switches between sessions.
This registry value is located in:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System.
If the value does not exist, please create a DWORD entry with a “0” value.
