Description
On a Windows 7, a user connects to an Oracle 10 or 11 database.
Toad for Oracle opens in SQL Editor properly.
Clicking on Schema Browser, an hour glass appears and table listing does not populate even after a long wait.
Eventually an error will be returned: “ORA-02395: exceeded call limit on IO usage”
