Description
When performing a Native Move, the New-MoveRequest cmdlet passed to Exchange is failing with the following error:

Cause
The MRS Proxy Service must be enabled on both the Source and Target Exchange versions, as well as Basic Authentication allowed on the EWS Virtual Directories. If Basic Authentication is not enabled on both sides, and the MRS Proxy Service is not enabled on both sides, then a New-MoveRequest will fail. -
Resolution
Ensure the following is true:
For each Target EWS Virtual Directory, ensure Basic Authentication is allowed and the MRS Proxy is enabled.
For each Source EWS Virtual Directory, ensure Basic Authentication is allowed and the MRS Proxy is enabled.
