Problem Updating Liscence Code on Toad v 5.0 - Windows 7 (4269371)

User has installed Toad 5.0 as a new install and is having problems updating the liscence code. When clicked on change liscence to overwrite the trial code and it added a second liscence and will not let him erase the trail code.

1. Fully exit Toad.

2. Go to C:\Users\<User_Name>\AppData\Local\{08439167-4CA5-48E9-A810-A3A7C0B80B06}

3. Rename the following files below:

ProductLicenses.bak to ProductLicenses.bak.OLD
ProductLicenses.xml to ProductLicenses.xml.OLD

4. Go to C:\ProgramData\Quest Software\Toad for DB2 5.0.

5. Rename the license.key to license.key.OLD.

6. Re-launch Toad for DB2 and re-enter the key again and re-test the issue to see if the key is retained.
