On launching Toad or working in the Editor, the following error occurs
System.NullReferenceException
Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

WORKAROUND 1:
1. Re-create this DB2 connection from a clean connection manager.
2. With Toad for Data Analysis closed, drill to:
Win XP: C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Application Data\Quest Software\Toad for Data Analysts 3.1
Win 7: C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Quest Software\Toad for Data Analysts 3.1
3. Rename Connections.xml to Connections.xml.bak
4. Launch Toad for Data Analysis. A default Connections.xml will be created.
5. When asked, do NOT import legacy connections on startup.
6. From the Connection Manager, re-create a new connection with the same db2 connection.
WORKAROUND 2:
Go to the Support Portal to download the latest version of Toad.
