The previous Database cartridge version is still enabled.
Resolution
Browse to Adminstration | Cartridges | Cartridge Inventory
Disable the previous versions cartridge components.
Browse to Adminstration | Agents | Agent Hosts
Deploy the latest cartridge package .gar to the required Agent Manager(s). Please note, if the deployment fails the latest version may exist on that FglAM and the deployment will fail as expected.
Verify the Agent version has updated under Adminstration | Agents | Agent Status.
Verify that the Database dashboard no longer has an upgrade prompt, unless other database domains(Oracle, DB2, etc ) are pending upgrade also.
