Resolution
In the Desktop Authority console navigate to Client Configuration | Profiles | User | and select the USB/Port Security element under the desired profile. Highlight and click the Edit button to modify the element. In the "Settings" selection uncheck the "Show balloons on Desktop" option. Save changes, and then Replicate.
