You can manually add the necessary Provisioning parameter to the GoogleApps configuration by following these steps:
• Go to the Provisioning Parameters page for the GoogleApps application in Cloud Access Manager
• Click Add and under ‘Attribute to set at target application’ select ‘E-mail Address (Email)’
• Expand the ‘Claim Rule’ for the Email Address parameter and under ‘User attribute to send’ select ‘Email Address’
• Select ‘Edit Attribute…’ for the Email Address Claim Rule
• In the ‘Edit User Attribute Settings for “Email Address”’ dialog expand the ‘I need to replace a suffix on the attribute value’ section
• For ‘Old Suffix’ enter
“@<local_domain>” e.g.
“@mydomain.com”
• For ‘New Suffix’ enter
“@<Google_domain>” e.g.
“@GoogleGroup.com”
• These suffix settings should match the values entered for the Email Address Subject Mapping for the application
• Save the configuration and provision a new user. The user should receive a provisioning email.
In the next full release of Cloud Access Manager the GoogleApps template will provide this configuration automatically.
