How to create a scheduled SharePoint report
Problem Description
There may be time a SharePoint report needs to be scheduled. Please follow the steps below to accomplish this.

Resolution
Via the SharePoint module, navigate to the desired site and select SharePoint Report.

Add a path and click on “Switch to Security Explorer Classic(Advanced)”

Click on “Create a scheduled export task”. Enter a name for the job and click “Schedule”.

Browse to the path where the file will be stored. Enter a file name and save.
Enter the credentials for this job (Domain\username), and click “Schedule”.

This schedule can be changed via the Windows Task Scheduler.

Once the job has been scheduled, the report will run. This report can be used or discarded.
