What is the minimum SSRS (SQL reporting services) permissions required to allow users to create new subscriptions within QKP?

Resolution
You will need to make/modify a site settings role and give the role "Manage shared schedules" task. Then assign the user to that role. This will then allow you to create a subscription under My Subscriptions within QKP.
