Cuando intenta conectar a base de datos usando Toad for Oracle sobre Windows 7 64-bit o Windows Server 2003, 2008 64-bit, se presenta el siguiente error:
Can't initialize OCI. Error -1
El cliente de Oracle installado es 32-bit.
