"ORA-12154" Error on running script in DB HealthCheck (4266063)

I run the DB HealthCheck with the Setting:
Play a custom script at the end of the health check .

If I logon as SYSDBA or SYSADMIN,Toad for Oraclewill generate an ORA-12154 error.
I can run the script without issues with regular DBA account.

There seems to be an issue with the logon as SYSDBA or SYSADMIN and this check.

WORKAROUND 1

When connecting to database, connect as using Normal, instead of SYSDBA.

WORKAROUND 2

Comment out the DROP in the script.

STATUS

Waiting for fix in a future version of Toad for Oracle.
