Opening or saving files to the network takes minutes and may only display a blank/g -
Description
When opening or saving a file to a mapped network drive, it takes a very long time to complete the operation. Sometimes, only a blank or grayed dialog window pops up and clicking on it opens up another Windows Explorer. There is no problems accessing the network drive via Windows Explorer or other applications such as NotePad or MS Word.
