Uninstalling Migration Manager for AD hangs

While attempting to uninstall  Migration Manager for Active Directory  the services used by the product  may not stop for the Installation Wizard to begin the uninstall process.  

-Open SERVICES.MSC from the START | RUN menu or by selecting SERVICES from the ADMINISTRATIVE TOOLS menu within CONTROL PANEL
-Stop all Services that start with QUEST

If this does not allow the Uninstall to run successfully, proceed with these steps.

1. Open TASK MANAGER
2. Select the PROCESSES Tab
3. Check the SHOW PROCESSES FROM ALL USERS checkbox if not already checked
4. Find the following processes (if listed) and perform END TASK for each
 -CONFIGURATOR.EXE
 -ACTIVATION.EXE
 -AEADPROXYSVC.EXE
 -CONTROLLER.EXE
 -QSLINKRESOLVER.EXE
5. Restart the Uninstall process.
