File/recover documents not working, trying to recover lost document -
Description
I had abnormal termination with Toad for Oracle.
I relaunched Toad and was prompted with Recover Documents windows.
My file was not listed. -
Cause
The time set to backup editor may be set to too long of a time period. Shorten this period.

Resolution
1. Go into Toad menu View | Options | Editor | Behavior.
2. There is an option 'Backup editor every X minutes' make sure it is checked and set it to 1 minute. -
Additional Information
Toad will automatically save a copy of your modified SQL file in: "C:\Users\{user_name}\AppData\Roaming\Dell\Toad for Oracle\{version}\User Files\~xyz.tmp". (Name xyz is randomly generated) A description is saved in ~EditorBackups.txt.
