License key cannot be entered -
Description
After entering the key and the site message, the OK button remains grayed out and does not become available.

Cause
There may be a permission related issue on the file or path or the key might be corrupt. In any case, the key can not be updated using the GUI.

Resolution
Search for the license key file using the following location:
Litespeed Engine for SQL Server and Litespeed for SQL Server v6.x and above license keys are located at:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Quest Software\ProductLicenses.xml
