Description
After upgrade from 10.0.1 to 10.5, errors reported on SQL 2008 and SQL 2008 R2.
Error 1: Collection 'Fragmentation by Index' failed: the variable name '@RowLimit has already been declared. Variable names must be unique within a query batch or stored procedure.
Error 2: Collection 'Fragmentation Overview' failed: Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding. : The wait operation timed out [FFFFFFFE].

Cause
A legacy version of the“QS_FragmentationByIndex.sql” file exists in the 2008 folder. -
Resolution
WORKAROUND
Remove QS_FragmantationByIndex.sql file from the following directory only:
“C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Diagnostic server\Agent\conf\Package\sqlserver_spotlight\2008”
