Desktop Authority support for Hosted Exchange.
In order for the Desktop Authority script to create mail profiles and to configure settings within mail profiles for those using a Hosted Exchange Server, the user credentials must be passed to the Exchange Server. The problem is that the current version of Desktop Authority does not have a facility to accomplish passing the credentials.
The current version of Desktop Authority does not contain support for Outlook running in a Hosted Exchange Server environment.
Status:
Although we cannot commit to specific features, the Product Management Team has been made aware that support for Hosted Exchange Servers is very important to our customers. Therefore, feature enhancement DAMS-1689 has been submitted to development for a future version of Desktop Authority.
