Refer to Moving Multiple Transactions as a Group on how to move transactions to a different location.
To delete a location after all the transactions have been moved, navigate to Agent Status and delete the corresponding WebMonitorAgent.
If you are unable to move the transactions due to the agent it belongs to are broken or disabled, follow the below steps:
1. Go to Administration | Tooling | Script Console | Search "Agent" type and click List Instances
2. Search the source and target web monitor types
3. Note down the "agentID" of these agent instances (this is the property in the lower pane). It is important that you take note of the CORRECT agentID which you want to transfer from/to.
4. Download the attached script and change the "fromAgentId" and "toAgentId" variables to the ids you noted above
5. Run the script under the same Script Console dashboard | Scripts tab | Add | Enter Script Text. It should return "copy successfully".
6. Confirm whether the transaction are copied successfully in the transaction management dashboard. May need to click the "Synchronize Transactions" button.
7. Delete the broken/disabled agent.
