When receiving word doc report through subscription via email users are prompted to enter user name and password. Why?
Every image contained within the attached document is in fact a link to an image file on the IIS server. This is why receipient of the word document may be prompted for credentials.
WORKAROUND
Use the Inline HTML option when setting up subscriptions to send reports by email.
