In Exchange System Manager (ESM), mailboxes are marked to be purged awaiting the 'cleanup agent' to run so that they can be permanantly deleted.
Within the retention period (before being permamnelty deleted) MessageStats reports generated in 'Mailboxes | Mailboxes Sizes and Quotas | Mailbox Quotas' incorrectly state that the Storage Limits are set to 'No Checking'.
When looking at ESM, they are actually set as 'data not available' - as they are marked to be purged.
Is there a way to have MessageStats report correctly based on what ESM is displaying?
