No FglAMs (Foglight Agent Managers) are connecting to the FMS (Foglight Management Server).
The following error message is reported in the FglAM logs:
http://localhost:8080/catalyst-glue-service/message to is temporarily unavailable, possible due to an upgrade in progress. The request will be retried at a later time. Received response code 503.
Deactivate and then activate the FglAM Adapter.
Following are the steps to deactivate and then activate the FglAM Adapter:

1). Navigate to the Agent Adapters page (Administration | Agents | Agent Adapters).
2). Highlight the entry for the FglAM.
3). Click the "Deactivate" icon.
4). Click the "Activate" icon.
5). Check the Agent Hosts page (Administration | Agents | Agent Hosts) to see if the FglAMs are reporting in.
(Note: Starting with Foglight 5.7.x/FVE 8.x, Agents Hosts dashboard is renamed to Agent Managers)
