Wrong alarm from rule "DG Applied GAP" (4261629)

Alarms are fired from rule "DG Applied GAP" which are not correct. The alarm shows that there is a gap of 2 logs.
Dataguard is configure with realtime apply.

The Foglight collection marks the last archive that is currently in memory (being real-time applied) as a gap of 1.
v$archive_gap shows no gap as it is aware of the in memory state of the last archive.

The DG Applied Gap alarm is used by Oracle Data Guard.

Increase the threshold for the alarm to a gap of 3 archives to compensate.
