Description
Is it the Infrastructure agent (IC) able to monitor the status of a network interface?
An alarm is needed, if one or all network interfaces are goind down.

Resolution
Currently the IC agent is not collecting any metrics about the network interfaces.
The network is being monitored by the NetMonitor agents. Please use that agent type to get the status of the interfaces and the needed alarm.
Additionally an enhancement request has been created to collect the interfaces status via IC agent. ER number: IC-3275
It might be considered in a future release.
