When trying to access the computer, tool uses invalid credentials in the form username and it fails. It expects to have the credentials in the format domain\username.
Correct way to specify credentialsis shown on attached screenshot.
Explanation:
In thepast, all QMM RUMversionshad an option Set Credentials. Using this option the credentials could be specified for some or all computers, but they were set individually on each computer. New RUM in QMM 8.4 offers the possibility to specify the credentials for all computers from a particular domain.
The dialog (shown on attached screenshot) allows you to assign an account to a specific domain. First text fieldcontains the name of the domain for which the credentials will be specified. Second text field is supposed to contain the full account information in thefollowing format: domain\username. The last (third) field contains the password.
Developers of QMM 8.4 have been informed that the interface is confusingand an official change request has been created, ST60407.
