While clicking on the Time Range to change it the drop down list is empty. I cannot select another time range than the default.
- using unsupported client platform: Vista Enterprise
- using 2 screens and moved the client to the second screen after it opens
RESOLUTION 1:
Install Performance Analysis GUI on a supported platform
Win2000 (SP3 or later)
Windows XP (SP1 and SP2)
Win2003 (R1 and R2)
Vista Business
(I.e. Please note only the 32-bit versions of the above Windows Operating Systems are supported.)
RESOLUTION 2:
Use the Performance Analysis GUI only on the main screen.
RESOLUTION 3:
If you want to use the Performance Analysis GUI also on the second screen, change the time range once on the main screen and afterwards move the GUI to the second screen.
