Synchronization is not happening and Directory Synchronization Agent is reporting the following in the event log:

Description: Unrecognized database format 'C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Migration Manager\DSA\CONFIGS\Cache\517C6CF0C654114EBEF95807DED9E4B5.mdb'.(source=DAO.DbEngine). -
Cause
One of the database file holding the DSA cache is corrupt.

Resolution
In order to resolve the problem perform a full resynchronization, this process clears the Directory Synchronization Agent cache
