There are 2 possible reasons why Application Extensions may not work:
1) Published application must contain the value %CONNECTOR_ARGS% in its properties, arguments field. Important: value should be specified in all capital letters.
2) Drive mapping should be enabled on the client. vWorkspace Connector (AppPortal) can receive its configuration in a multiple ways, configured manually or by pulling an XML file from the website. Please make sure that drive mapping is enabled there.
Additionally, vWorkspace Management console, Connection Policies may override client's configuration. Please make sure that there's no policy which would disable drive mappings for the target user.
