Banner "Storage agent had a problem of validation." does not disappear. (4258514)

The warning banner "Storage agent had a problem of validation. Please click here to see more detail." does not disappear.

The Storage agent has been deleted but the banner is still there. There is a related alarm on the alarms dashboard, which re-appears once it got cleared.

Via the related rule "StSANCar Agent Validation Failure" causes the alarm which is responsible for the warning banner. Follow the steps below for further troubleshooting:

1. Based on the rule details, the scope is "TargetData".
2. Go to the "Script Console" and select "Target Data" from the drop down field. Then click on "List Instances"
3. Go through the listed objects. Each object has a property called "parentNode". This will help to identify the problematic object. As the agent has been deleted, there should not be any property pointing to that  storage agent.
4. Once you identified the problematic object delete it by using the below code snippet:

   obj=ts.getObject("<ID>");
   return ts.deleteObject(obj);
   ---
   
   Replace <ID> with the object ID of the problematic object.
   Run the code in the sript part of the "Script Console"
5. Once the object is deleted, the alarm should disappear. 
6. Wait for another 24 hours and the warning banner should disappear too.
