Description
Baseline data is not calculated on some Foglight Management Servers. Graphs do not display baselines and rules that depend on them do not fire.
The Intelliprofile and Infrastructure-Intelliprofile cartridges are enabled.
The following error message may be present in the management server log:
YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss.SSS ERROR [BaselineManagement-8-thread-1] com.quest.nitro.service.baseline.BaselineManagementService - An unexpected error occurred which may cause undesired behavior. You may want to contact customer support if you see this error again: Unable to load baseline configuration for IntelliProfile: org.hibernate.exception.GenericJDBCException: could not execute query

Cause
CAUSE 1:
The 'IntelliProfile_Excluded_period' registry variable was set to "true".
CAUSE 2:
Unable to load baseline configuration for IntelliProfile due to database connection errors during FMS (Foglight Manager Server) startup.

Resolution
RESOLUTION 1:
Set the 'IntelliProfile_Excluded_period' registry variable to "false".
RESOLUTION 2:
Restart the Foglight Management Server and confirm no "Unable to load baseline configuration for IntelliProfile" errors due to database connectivity are present during startup operations.
