The IP address of one host is listed as 127.0.0.1 in the Hosts dashboard.

Cause
The host name was listed in the localhost line of the /etc/hosts file of the host machine as follows:
127.0.0.1 <hostname> localhost localhost.<domain>

Resolution
Remove the reference to the host name from the localhost line in the /etc/hosts file and restart the FglAM (Foglight Agent Manager).
