The Foglight Management Server (FMS) crashed after few hours running. First time out occurs and then the dashboards do not react anymore. A restart of the FMS solves the issue. In the FMS log file the error "No ManagedConnections available within configured blocking timeout ( 30000 [ms] )" occurs.
Network administrator changed the configuration of the network and the ARP configuration of a switch got corrupted.
The network adminstrator needs to fix the ARP configuration of the switch.
Flushing the ARP table and pinging the host to repopulate the ARP table might be nescessary to solve the issue.
