Cannot migrate aol menu translation value in multilanguage -
Description
When migrating aol menu in multilanguages, all of the menu came as either English, Portuguese or Latin American. -
Resolution
Stat 5.6.x:
1. Run this query to find the object_type # for aol menu
SELECT * FROM STAT_OBJECT_TYPES
2. SELECT * FROM STAT_OAAOL_OBJTYP
WHERE OBJECT_TYPE=ENTER_OBJECT_TYPE_#_FROM_QUERY1
3. Look for a column called LOADER_UPLOAD_PARAMS
4. Remove UPLOAD_MODE=REPLACE and leave CUSTOM_MODE=FORCE
5. Commit the data
6. Bounce all stat oa
7. Create a new archive set with all languages. Make sure to set the migration order for aol menu in English to migrate first.
Stat 5.7.x
1. Go to Maintenance | General | Object Types | select oracle apps setup object from the drop down list
2. Locate aol menu and click the setup button on the upper right corner
3. Highlight R12 if you are on R12
4. Remove the UPLOAD_MODE=REPLACE from parameters and leave CUSTOM_MODE=FORCE
5. Click the update button
6. Bounce all stat oa
7. Create a new archive set with all languages. Make sure to set migration order for aol menu in English to migrate first.
