Description
Starting cop gave the following error
Could NOT create - error(Permission denied) -
Cause
The default tmp space was redirected to the Oracle temporary space which could not be accessed by shareplex user.

Resolution
Default tmp space should be accessible by shareplex user.
Also make sure that the ownership and group are correct onshareplex binaries.
